There is convenient shuttle bus from ryokan to train station Wespa Tsubakiyama.
A rustic but well maintained ryokan.
Gender separated bath closer to the rooms, after a tunnel of walkway. The bath is swapped between timing. There are 2 indoor pool, one bubble and one the onsen water with iron- quality. The latter one is super hot. And, a small outdoor bath overlooking the sea from the top of hill. The bath on right side has a sauna.
The main bath that the place is famed for is Koganezaki bath, that is accessible via elevator down 2 floors, and walking out to rocky pathways. Next to the door out, there are gender separated indoor bath that is open through sunrise.
The outdoor bath is small, and was fully occupied during sunset. The mixed bath allows hot spring bathing suit- which is shaped like mini dress. The view is expansive, enabling almost 120degrees facing the west, which offers a magnificent view at sunset times.
