Hmm, today I walk with purpose to check out the bakery that’s been in news, Lean and Rich bakery at UE Square, opened by a Korean baker.
The pistachio danish, is layered with exquisite layers of pastries laminate. The taste of pistachio cream resembles gelato but without the freeze.
The ham and cheese croissant is beautiful with chunks of cheese on top of the pastry with a roll of ham inside.
On my way spotted some lovely scenes of artwork and historical places.
